Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. How We Deliver 
Yan Floral offers hand-delivered, same-day service using our own drivers—no third-party couriers. We believe personal delivery keeps arrangements fresh and ensures they arrive exactly as designed. 
 
2. Delivery Area 
We currently deliver to the following California locations: 

  • Fresno

  • Clovis

  • Selma

  • Sanger

  • Kerman

  • Madera
     

If you need delivery beyond these areas, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate. 
 
3. Delivery Timeframe 

  • Standard window: Orders placed during our business hours are delivered within 4 ± 1 hours of order confirmation (i.e., typically 3–5 hours). 

  • Same-day cutoff: To guarantee same-day delivery, place your order by [2:00 PM] local time. Orders received after the cutoff may be scheduled for the next business day. 

  • Scheduled deliveries: You may request a future date and preferred time slot at checkout; we’ll do our best to meet it and will confirm by email or phone.

*Delivery fees are calculated per address and shown at checkout. 
 
5. Delivery Confirmation & Recipient Availability 

  • We’ll send an email/SMS confirmation once your order is on its way and again after it’s delivered. 

  • If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt to call/text them. If no contact is made, we may: 

  • Leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot (photo proof provided), or 

  • Return the order to our studio for re-delivery at an additional fee. 

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays; please double-check all details before submitting. 

 

6. Inclement Weather & Unforeseen Delays 
Severe weather, road closures, or other events outside our control can occasionally affect delivery times. We will notify you immediately and offer: 

  • A revised delivery window, or 

  • A full refund if we cannot deliver within a reasonable timeframe. 
      

7. Order Changes & Cancellations 
To modify or cancel an order, email mailto:info@yanfloral.com or call +1 (559) 500-5505 at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery window. After this period, flowers may already be prepared, and a cancellation may not be possible.
