1. Our Promise
Every Yan Floral arrangement is hand-crafted with fresh blooms and personal care. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
2. Eligibility for a Refund or Free Replacement
Situation What We’ll Do Conditions / Time Limit
Damaged or wilted flowers on arrival Replace at no charge, Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery
Wrong item delivered Deliver the correct arrangement or refund Report within 24 hours
Late delivery outside our 4 ± 1 hr. window 50 % refund or store credit Applies if delay was our fault (not weather/road emergencies)
Order cancelled before preparation 100 % refund Cancel at least 2 hours before scheduled delivery window
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Custom or special-order arrangements once created

Items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer

Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery (due to the perishable nature of flowers)

5. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Severe weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control may affect delivery. We’ll contact you to discuss options (re-schedule, alternate address, or refund).
7. Policy Updates
We may revise this policy occasionally; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the new terms.
